SERVICES AND MAINTENANCE

PROVOLT offers a predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance service.

Predictive Maintenance: Periodic verification of equipment, aiming at controlling it's operation and availability, in order to identify possible flaws or wear of the equipment components.

In predictive maintenance, we perform thermography which is one of the most important items that can identify a possible flaw in some component, thus it can be scheduled to be replaced with planning avoiding unexpected stop.

Preventive Maintenance: Planned action of replacing components at the end of life or with characteristics different from factory values, aiming to reduce or prevent unexpected equipment downtime.

Corrective Maintenance: Re-establishment of the equipment after a glitch. In these cases PROVOLT offers the equipment rental service so that the process of your company does not stop while the repair is carried out.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

We also offer the option of maintenance contracts and remote monitoring, providing customers with greater reliability reducing the occurrence of failures through inspections and periodic pre-scheduled checks.

The realization of the maintenance plan recommended by the manufacturer reduces the occurrence of unexpected equipment stops, prolongs the time of operation without failures and avoids high costs of emergency care and availability of technicians, furthermore, it avoids the cost of an inoperative system.

In maintenance contracts, PROVOLT maintains a minimum inventory of the main modules and components of the equipment, thus ensuring the service with agility.
